All listings are presented professionally with high-end photography, promoted online with maximum exposure including social media marketing. I also still believe in old fashioned networking and thinking out of the box for those unique and hard to sell properties.
My buyers receive the benefit of my expertise in market knowledge, industry contacts and relationships, familiarity with homes, builders, schools, communities and neighborhoods, and my diligence in securing and negotiating the best deal possible. That sometimes includes making sure buyers get the benefit of my expertise in negotiating for their dream home in a multiple offer situation, or advising them honestly when a home is overpriced or not a good investment and they need to walk away.
